In-Home Caregiver | $14–$15 per Hour

New Hope In-Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in Columbia, Spring Hill, and surrounding communities .

Pay and Schedule

• $14–$15 per hour
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Weekend shifts available

• Client assignments in Columbia, Spring Hill, and nearby areas

Caregiver Responsibilities
Depending on the client’s individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Providing non-medical in-home care and personal assistance
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
• Planning and preparing meals
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
• Assisting with safe transportation when required by the assignment
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Following the client’s care plan and New Hope policies

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:

• Have at least one year of caregiving experience; professional or family caregiving experience is accepted
• Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and New Hope staff
• Be able to travel reliably to assigned client homes
• Have a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification
• Successfully complete all required background, registry, and pre-employment screenings in accordance with applicable law and company policy
• Remain calm and follow appropriate procedures during emergencies
• Be able to follow written care plans and document completed services accurately
