Toolander Engineering has specialized in precision metal stamping for custom components since 1975. We design, build and run progressive dies for light gauge tight tolerance intricate parts, as well as thicker gauge materials. We have served customers from a vast array of industries including medical, automotive, lighting, military, telecommunication and electronics to name a few. All tooling is designed and manufactured by Toolanders in house tool and die department equipped with a broad range of specialized machines such as CNC mills, Wire EDMs, Sinker EDMs and EDM Hole Poppers. We excel at stamping part volumes from the thousands all the way to the multi-millions. Our state of the art Automatic CNC measurement equipment allows us to measure parts at a fraction of the time versus conventional methods, reduce human error and generate statistical data instantly.
