Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Development Intern
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Company: Boldt Holdings
Anticipated Hourly Range: $21 to $25 per hour

Boldt Holdings provides an array of real estate development and investment services to healthcare and senior living clients across the country. Boldt’s convenient, flexible financial offerings and integrated delivery model provides clients with the low-cost option in the market without sacrificing program or quality. Services include acquisitions, facility expansions, planning, design and construction, leasing and physician alignment, and market analysis.

As a Real Estate Development Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the planning and execution of commercial real estate development projects, with a focus on senior housing and outpatient medical facilities. You'll conduct market and site analysis, research demographic and development trends, and assist with site acquisition efforts. Working alongside development professionals, you'll help build financial and demand models to evaluate project feasibility, support zoning and entitlement research, coordinate with consultants and project partners, and create client-facing presentations. This internship offers valuable exposure to the full development lifecycle while helping you build strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Our internship program is built on meaningful relationships, hands-on learning, and strong support. You’ll be paired with experienced mentors who are invested in your growth, while also collaborating with fellow interns across the country—building connections that extend beyond your project. From day one, you’ll contribute to real work and gain experience you’ll be proud to showcase on your resume. We create an environment where you feel welcomed, supported, and part of the team, helping you build both skills and relationships that set the foundation for your career.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
