Division: Personal / Executive Support Hourly: $50 - $70 per hour Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours over time Hybrid Role: Primarily remote with occasional in-person support in NYC A client based in the Flatiron area of Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide lifestyle and household support. The principal currently has a full-time Executive Assistant, so this role will focus primarily on personal support, household coordination, errands, scheduling, and travel preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with the Executive Assistant. The principal travels frequently throughout the year, so strong organizational skills and the ability to proactively prepare for travel and household needs are essential. Responsibilities Coordinate household services including cleaners, laundry, and deliveries Assist with travel preparation, packing coordination, and wardrobe readiness Ensure clothing, dry cleaning, and personal items are organized and prepared Schedule appointments including medical and personal appointments Conduct personal travel research and assist with travel-related logistics Manage errands and miscellaneous personal tasks as needed Coordinate calendars and scheduling alongside the Executive Assistant Maintain organization and overall readiness of the principal’s home and personal needs Assist with purchasing clothing or personal items when needed Requirements Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar private support role preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication and follow-through skills Resourceful, proactive, and discreet Comfortable working independently in a remote support structure Professional, punctual, and highly reliable Flexible schedule with occasional availability outside standard hours when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
