A bit about us: We are working with a well-established, national law firm that is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team!
The firm serves a variety of clientele and industries including entertainment, music, television, media, health & wellness, sports, fashion, start-ups, and more!
Location: New York City, NY
Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Job Details Responsibilities include filing legal documents; managing case files and deadlines; coordinating discovery materials; scheduling depositions, hearings, and client meetings; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant; some litigation exposure is preferred!
- Experience with E-filing required
- Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
