About The Role: We're hiring a Creative that will focus on writing hilarious short form video ideas, scripts, and leveling up to a director. We care less about traditional advertising experience and more about the ability to consistently come up with ideas people actually want to watch and see them through the creative process. This person should be able to direct a TikTok all the way up to a social series. What You'll Do: Write scripts, treatments, and creative presentations for TikToks, series, and campaigns Create repeatable formats that can become recurring franchises for brands Build campaign narratives and social show concepts Develop creative decks and pitch materials for clients and new business opportunities Direct content and talent, lead creative execution on shoots Help shape performances, improv moments, and comedic beats Work closely with producers and editors to ensure the original idea survives production Create game mechanics, formats, casting concepts, and episode structures Study what works across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms Understand hooks, retention, watch time, shares, and audience behavior Present ideas internally and externally Bring a strong point of view about culture, creators, sports, entertainment, and internet behavior Contribute to the creative identity of the agency What We're Looking For: 2–8 years experience in creative, social, production, sports media, entertainment, creator content, oragency environments Exceptional writing ability Strong creative instincts and tasteExperience directing talent or content on set Deep understanding of internet culture and platform behavior Comfortable presenting and defending ideas Ability to generate a high volume of concepts without sacrificing quality Strong production understanding and appreciation for execution realities Experience in comedy, sports, entertainment, or creator ecosystems is mandatory Ideally this person can also participate in content as talent where needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
