Immediate Opening for a Control Process Operator in Mason!

Shift: Afternoon Shift | 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM | Monday – Friday (9-hour shifts)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium ($19.50/hour total)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Control Process Operator to join our team in Mason, MI. In this role, you will set up and operate computer numerical controlled ( CNC ) machinery that heats, mills, cuts, forms, drills, broaches, or reams metal and processed material parts. You will make general decisions regarding quality, tolerances, and operation sequences while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery and mills to precisely cut or form parts.
• Troubleshoot and correct faulty machine programming.
• Read blueprints and tape measures proficiently to verify dimensions.
• Load and unload materials and safely transfer inventory to storage.
• Maintain quality standards , checking tolerances and operation sequences.
• Complete required production records and follow standard safety practices.
• Participate in safety committees or workplace initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
• Sharp attention to detail, quality, and strict tolerance levels.
