Job title:- Drafter AutoCAD

Location:- Tampa FL 33619, Fully Onsite

Duration:- 06 Months Contract (Possible extension)

Pay rate range: $38/hr. - $40/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Position details:

• Creating detailed technical drawings and schematics for construction or engineering projects.
• Their responsibilities include collaborating w/ engr.
• And project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, updating and revising drawings, and maintaining organized project documentations.
• GSI Technologies & Software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Software and Related tools
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate drafting.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Education :

Generally, involves a degree or diploma in drafting, architecture, or civil engineering with certifications in CAD being a plus or more years of exp.

Experience required:

• In AutoCAD drafting is typically required.
• Support the Engineering, Construction, and Project Management (ECPM) team within Electric Delivery (ED) with drafting needs.
• The ECPM team oversees the planning, design, and execution of major capital project within ED.
• Including Transmission, Substation, and Distribution project.
• Oversee Drafting Standards
• Assist with contractor lead drafting
• Quality Assurance
• Ad hoc drafting needs
• Document management and integration
• Coordination between departments.
