At Toolander Engineering our tooling is of unsurpassed quality and the highest precision built by highly skilled and experienced Tool and Die Makers who have a passion for building dies. We specialize in building custom one of a kind tooling for light gauge tight tolerance parts as well as thicker gauge materials. All tooling is designed and produced in house giving us precise control over quality and keeping cost low. We build all progressive dies with inserts which makes for quick and easy maintenance allowing us to deliver parts in a timely manner. The inserts also allow the customer an option to make design changes for the parts in the future for minimal cost, this adds some flexibilty in the part designs after the tooling is already built. Once the tooling has been completed no recurring maintenance costs are ever incurred by the customer as long as the tool remains at Toolander. Our staff will work with you to develop your product from the ground up.
